This series jaw crusher has large crushing ratio, and it has the advantages of that grain size of product is even, structure is simple, working is reliable, maintenance is simple and managing fee is economical. Jaw crusher is widely used for mining, metallurgy, building material, road and railway, water conservation and chemical industries and it is used for crushing the various materials with compressive strength of crushing not exceeding 320MPa. The usage and range of jaw crusher:
1、This series crusher is widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractory material and Ceramic industries, etc. for fine crushing and medium crushing the hard ore and rocks.
2、This series crusher is suitable for crushing various ore whose compressive strength is not higher than 300MPa, the max. block size of crushed material is not larger than the specified parameters in the form.
Working principle of jaw crusher:
The working method of this series crusher is curvilinear extruded type, its working principle is: driving belt of motor and belt pulley, make the moving jaw moving up and down via eccentric shaft, when the moving jaw moves up, the angle between knee plate and moving jaw is enlarged, then push moving jaw to approach to fixed jaw, meanwhile the material will be crushed or cut to reach the crushing purpose; when moving jaw is falling down, the angle between knee plate and moving jaw is lessen, moving jaw will leave the fixed jaw with the function of pull rod and spring, meanwhile crushed material will be discharged from the bottom port of crushing cavity. Complying continuous rotating of motor, moving jaw of crusher will crush and discharge material in circle and implement the batch process.
