Tubular Cooler
Tubular Cooler is one of the important equipment in the rotary kiln system.function of the equipment is to help clinker(1000~1200℃)coming from the rotary kiln to have fully heat exchanges with air thought rotation of the shell body.In this way,clinker could be cooled down below 200℃,quality and grindability of the clinker could be raised up.Fully feed the air after cooling the material into the kiln to be used as secondary circulating air so that heat efficiency could also be raised up.
Chanacteristics of tubular coller are simple in structure,high ratio in operation,convient to operate & maintainent and etc.
